Guidelines for commenting

   1. ...although you can disagree with me.
2. The email address field really is optional. If I were you I wouldn't enter one unless it's for the specific purpose of letting me reply privately. I won't give them out to anyone or add them to a mailing list or anything, but even so, don't give it to me unless you want to!
3. In a naive effort to discourage spam, links only appear as links when I've approved the comment; this may take a few days.
   1. This also means HTML in comments shouldn't work
   2. Mostly links are autodetected, but this obviously relies on my programming skill...
   3. If you definitely want to make something a link do it as [url]address goes here[/url]. It will still need to wait for approval though.
4. A very limitted selection of BBCode works: specifically [b]bold[/b], [i]italic[/i], [s]strikethrough[/s], [u]underlining[/u] and [quote]quotes[/quote]. Try preview before using, because there's no editing mechanism in place.
